The Knight of Swords suggests it is time to move full steam ahead and not taking too much notice of others around you. He also comes through when we need to take care of our words and what we are saying to those who love us. He is also saying now is the time not to avoid confrontations, not to avoid any situations around you, face them head on and speak your words freely. What you have to say is important and it is important that others listen to you too.
 
So do not avoid any situations even if they might appear difficult for you. This is your time to speak your mind and let others know your true feelings.
